I have a simple request. I want to see how many companies our sales team is reaching out to again that were previously cold prospects.
What I need is to filter companies by their "next to last contact date" to find those contacted more than 90 days ago. Then, I want to add a second filter for the "last contact date" to see if they were contacted in the last 7 days.
In pseudo code, it would look something like this I think:
90 days > Next to last contacted && Last contacted < 7 days
This would give me a list of companies that are being contacted again after being cold for 90 days.
Is it possible to create a simple active list or use another type of filter in HubSpot to do this? Or do I need to use the API or export the data for analysis? That seems like extra work.
Since HubSpot does not have a default 'next to last contact date', I am not sure we could pull this information in a report. The 'Last Contacted Date' field will always be filtered based on its current value. We cannot evaluate the value it was before its current value. Do you have a custom property in place for this?

@karstenkoehler , one of our experts, has a similar suggestion for evaluating previous values of properties in this thread.
That said, you may also be able to use workflows to set a property on a record once it has been more than 90 days since the last contact and use that as a baseline to filter otherwise. It just would require some finesse to clear those values after they have been contacted, but also after you have time to find them.
I'd like to invite some of our other Community experts to join in and see if they have any other suggestions to avoid evaluating this data manually. @Lucila-Andimol @, @trevordjones, or @EmmaAtKiwi do y'all have any ideas on how we might be able to evaluate companies that were not contacted for more than 90 days, but then were contacted in the last 7 days?

@DWesterholm not exatly what you asked for, but you could use a workflow to set a property to Cold Lead if the Last Contact date is more than 90 days ago. Then report on Cold Leads approached in the last 7 days. You may want to use additional properties to track Cold Leads that are been Approached, Connected etc.
