NPS Scoring

Dear Community,

I would like to crete a custome report where it shows the NPS scoring by person using the NPS formula(% of promoters – % of detractors = NPS).

I have already created a report where I can show the total number of promoters,passive,detractor one person has received (also in % of promoters and detrators).

However, I am looking forward to have more calculation  NPS score on top of that per person. Is that possible?

Hi @sbiswas14 are you using HubSpot Service Hub to gather the NPS scores?

I'd recommend using the HubSpot property "Last NPS Survey Rating" for this.

You could also create a new property (dropdown select) to indicate Promoter or Detractor and use a Workflow to update that based on the last NPS survey.
