My company information doesn't show up right

Hello,

When I add people from other companies in my account, their company information with the logo, website, phone number, etc. shows up correctly. I tried adding a coworker to see if the same would happen for my company, but it didn't. I was wondering if you could help me fix this, is there some information I need to add to my website homepage source code? Thanks!

Hi @hugolaliberte 

 

You can set up your logo, website, etc. in the settings.

  1. Go to the Settings (cog icon top right).
  2. Click Account Defaults (if it's not selected in the left menu).
  3. Under Branding tab you can set all your details, logos, etc.

Did that work?

Thanks this is a great find, but will this change the logo people see when they search for my company in hubspot?

Hi @hugolaliberte 

 

You mean your personal photo in your contact record? Like this:

When you click on your photo it takes you to your profile where you can change your photo.

 

Is that what you meant?

Thank you for your reply. In fact, I am asking this because I tried adding someone at my company in my contacts to see how my company profile would look, but nothing showed up correctly. When I add someone in my contacts, the logo usually appears automatically. However, this didn't happen when I added someone from my company. Is there something missing in my settings somewhere? Thanks!

Yeah, I know what you mean – I had multiple contacts with my photo... which was confusing.

 

You can set the photo for your contacts, usually I just remove any photo that's incorrect and let HubSpot colour it in. 

 

For my profile photo I set it in the settings as mentioned previously.
