Hi!
I manage a web conference with HubSpot and I'm trying to see how to properly manage our call to papers.
I'd like one contact to be able to submit multiples papers. The problem right now is that the form overwrites the last data submitted via the form. I'd like one contact to be linked to multiple data related to his/her paper submitted (title, description, link, etc.).
Ex.
John Doe
-> Paper 1: how to code an app
-> Paper 2: the power of wisdom
-> Paper 3: design your life
Thanks!

Hi @blirette
Thank you for reaching out!
I want to tag some of our experts on this - @ElyshaShave @JonPayne @louischausse do you have any tips or thoughts to share with @blirette for this?
Thank you!
Tiphaine

Hi @blirette and @TiphaineCuisset
I suggest you use Forms with Tickets and Contacts instead of Forms with Contacts only.
Each form submission will automatically create a ticket in which you will have ticket properties to store the information you want about your paper (title, description, link, etc.).
If you already use tickets for something else (i.e support) I would suggest you create a different Pipeline and conversation inbox for your papers.
Don't forget to mark my reply as a solution if you are satisfied. If not, do not hesitate to ask me anything!

I think I found how to add ticket properties without upgrading my account.
However, it looks like I can't personalize a mass mailing based on the ticket properties. Is there a way to do it?
Thanks,

Looks like you need a pro account to define properties.
Is there any other way to do it properly with paying more?
Thanks!

Sounds really interesting! My colleague is going to test this solution in the coming days. I'll get back to you if it fits our needs.
Thanks!
