Multiple Renewal Date Properties

Hello! I'm looking for thoughts and insight on best practices with the Customer Success workspace.

The main challenge I have is that my organization does not have one renewal date property. We have several products that could all have different renewal dates. Each product renewal date is a separate company property.

Has anyone had a similar situation? Any ideas on how to best build the CS workspace for this use case? Or did you need to leverage other parts of HubSpot to overcome?

Any thoughts are appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, @georgiabourikas

Great question — we’ve run into a similar situation. If each product has its own renewal cycle, you might consider using custom objects or deals to represent each product subscription rather than storing multiple renewal dates at the company level. That way, you can track renewal dates individually and still roll them up into a single Customer Success view using reports or workflows.
Curious to hear how others have handled this too!

Hi @criza_h0 ,

Thank you for your feedback! Right now we are manually opening our renewals as individual deals by products, but unfortuantely, right now we have to manually open every single deal manually.

I will look at custom objects as you suggested! Thank you again!
