Coverage ratios are very helpful for our sales managers. I somehow remember there is a way to monitor the coverage ratios over time, other than copying them to a spreadsheet by hand or by sending monthly reports. I thought it was possible to have Hubspot calculate the coverage ratio for any date in the past?
Anyway, how can I monitor the coverage ratio of forecasts over time?
Hi @PBaan25 With Coefficient, you can automatically sync HubSpot forecast and deal data into Google Sheets on a schedule (daily, weekly, etc.), creating a running log of snapshots over time. This lets you calculate coverage ratios historically (pipeline / quota) for any point in time, build trends, and visualize how your team’s forecast strength evolves without manual exports or backdated reports required. Perfect for sales managers who want visibility without extra admin work.
Once set up, the snapshots or the append data features automatially create a duplicate of your cells on a set schedule so that you can keep track of your metrics.

The coverage ratio is mentioned on the Forecaste page. It shows the weighed funnel related to the outstanding goal, and thus indicates how much of your open target is covered by your current funnel.
