Missing/Broken Zoom Meeting Links in HubSpot - Impacting Client Meetings & Business

SOLVE

We are experiencing a critical and recurring issue with meeting links generated through HubSpot, specifically for Zoom meetings. 

Problem Description:

  • Missing Meeting Links: For several scheduled Zoom meetings, the meeting link is completely absent from the invitation and calendar event created via HubSpot.
  • Broken/Incomplete Links: In other instances, the meeting information only displays "zoom" as the meeting type, with no actual link, and the only available options are to reschedule.
  • Impact:
    • Clients are unable to join scheduled meetings, leading to no-shows and cancellations.
    • This is causing significant client dissatisfaction and harming our professional image.

Have you ever facing the same issue?
I already unninstalled and installed back the Zoominfo integration. I've double checked the emails and  removed and added back the meeting links in the individual meeting scheduler and nothing.

P.s. I have a sales seat assigned to my user and my user is the one integrating Zoom with Hubspot.
