Migration after expiring two pro licences and activating an Enterprise
SOLVE
Hello,
My agency has 2 customers: the first has the marketing Pro license, the second has marketing Pro, sales Pro, service Pro licenses.
The goal is to end all licenses and open a new Enterprise license for all.
So we are looking for a way to migrate all of content, properties, deals, contacts, notes, tasks, etc. from the two accounts with Pro to the new Enterprise account.
We recently completed a very similar project - 3 into 1 - which you can read about here if you are interested: HubSpot merge/migration case study
A lot can be migrated, but not everything.
Our partner Trujay is your best bet for migrating CRM records. They can help you migrate all properties, contacts, company, deals and timeline engagements.
Blog posts can in many cases be imported into a new HuBSpot portal using HubSpot's blog import tooling: Import your blog
However, AFAIK, there is no readily available way to move pages, content, CTAs, forms, workflows, etc. For the time being, I think, these have to be manually re-built in the target portal.
For that reason, it would be best if you could upgrade the larger of the existing two portal and migrate the other in, in order to minimise this workload.

There is an app in the HubSpot App Marketplace called the HubSpot to HubSpot Migrator that should meet your needs.
The app uses HubSpot APIs to automatically migrate CRM data from one HubSpot portal to another HubSpot portal.
The app migrates your data with no field mapping required. There is no need to manually create properties.
The following HubSpot data are migrated from one HubSpot portal into another:
Contacts Companies Contact Lists Company Properties Contact Properties Custom Properties for all Objects Custom Objects Deals Deal Pipelines Engagements (Meetings, Tasks, Notes, Calls, Emails) Owners Line Items/Products Tickets Files/Attachments CRM Associations between all records
The HubSpot to HubSpot Migrator is designed to update the data in the destination portal. This eliminates duplicate contacts and minimizes duplicate data.
HubSpot CRM data that cannot be migrated by this app (due to HubSpot API limitations):
Marketing email campaign data
Historical web traffic data
Properties with the same name but a different type in each portal
Active lists that reference Forms
Calculated properties
Deactivated users that still own records
Use the Migrator app to:
- Move data from an existing HubSpot portal to a new one - Combines two or more existing portals into one - Consolidate multiple portals - Migrate data into a developer portal for testing purposes

Hello,
Thank you for answering.
Your idea is very good!
I ask you if there is the possibility to migrate all email tracking from the contact time line and all the tasks for sales people. I believe that maintaining this visibility is important for my client.
