Migrate Your Stripe Subscriptions to HubSpot

Hi, community. 

If you're using the Stripe Payment Processing integration, I want to bring your attention to a new service we're offering to help you bring all of your data to the HubSpot platform - Stripe Subscription Migrations.

We heard loud and clear that one of the key barriers to adopting the integration is the ability to bring your existing subscriptions into HubSpot without disrupting or informing your buyers of the change, and I'm happy to report that the team has been hard at work to bring a solution like this to life.

While we still have some limitations between our billing features and Stripe's billing features that we'll continue to work on, if your business is using the Stripe Payment Processing integration, is subscription based, and has a relatively simple billing structure (aka no taxes, no metered billing, no recurring discounts, etc.), we would love to help you move your data over to our platform.

Thanks for sharing this Victoria. This is really helpful information for businesses looking to consolidate their payment stack. A few questions that others might have as well: Does the migration preserve the original subscription start dates and billing cycles, or do they reset when moved to HubSpot? Also, for businesses currently using Stripe with custom metadata on subscriptions, is that data carried over or would it need to be manually mapped to HubSpot properties? Lastly, what happens to the payment history and past invoices, do they become visible in HubSpot after migration or is it a fresh start for reporting purposes? These details would help businesses planning their migration timeline.
