Meeting Sign Up Form Issue

I use the meeting scheduler tool for parents to sign there childrent up for practice sessions.  I have contacts in my CRM for both parents and children.  When they sign up their children on the form the use ther children's name but their email address.  When this happens their name is changed in the CRM to the child's name.  Any suggestions on how to get around this?

Hi @Mhachmann,

 

On that same settings page, scroll to the bottom and turn off this toggle under 'Additional settings'. That should stop the behavior.

If the parents are typing in their email address and the name of the children, then that's expected behavior. You can't force HubSpot to update a different contact's first and last name.
