I'm working on an internal meeting notification workflow and cannot figure out how to add the time of the meeting to the notification. I've set it up as a contact-based workflow that triggers on "Has completed: Meeting booked" and "Meeting host is User A" (there will be different notifications streams for different users). All is working well, except that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add the meeting time to the notification. The meeting date can be added using "Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool" but no other options appear to be available under the contact record related to the meeting time and "trigger event properties" is grayed out.
Any ideas on how to achieve this? We are on the Pro tier of both the sales module and the marketing module. Thanks!
From experience, I would question the why are we notifying a broader team about meetings - in my experience this creates notification fatigue, especially if loads of meetings take place and a large number of people get notified about it.
Have you considered simply building a few reports and a dashboard for folks that need or want to know these stats?

@MChvatal1, also without having to create a property, you can edit available data and add the meeting object data available so you can use Meeting properties in your notification.
