Meeting Links: Allow person scheduling option Zoom or Phone

Hi All,  Is there a way in HubSpot to enable a person scheduling a meeting with me via my "sales meeting link" or the "insert proposed times" feature to pick their preference for the call. Would be great if they could check a box that says "call me".  And it doesn't set up a Zoom call.  right now, I have the meeting link default to Zoom, but if they'd rather I call them and leave their number it creates confusion because HS automatically creates the link and puts it on the confirmation notice they receive.  Where if they pick the phone option HS should put the number I'll call them at on the confirmation vs. the zoom ink.

Great idea! Thanks for the solution.  A lot of our customers are in the field all day - this should help.  I am looking forward though to an integrated solution as part of the meetings feature. All in one place.

This is currently not possible but has been requested by a lot of users already: Add Location to Meetings booking page

I'd recommend upvoting and commenting with your perspective. The product team is already planning to implement this as of 2022.

Hi @tdeascentis,

Instead of using just the default Zoom link, you can create a customized meeting link for phone calls, and ensure that it include a field where the person schduling the meeting can put their phone numbers. You can then setup workflow automation within HubSpot to handle these preferences. 
If someone chooses  "call me" option, HubSpot will send them a confirmation with the phone number instead of the Zoom link. This way it will minimize the confusion and enhance the user experience.
