Marketing Email Analytics

SOLVE

Hi All!

I'm new to HubSpot and I'm still learning how to navigate the platform. We're currently using campaigns to compare email performance, but I noticed you can't have an email in two campaigns. So if we are doing a general and regional campaign, the email cannot be in both.

I'm curious if the Custom Report Builder would be a better resource for this, but I need help getting started. If I want to include all emails with a keyword in the title and show the delivery, open, and click rate, how do I get started?

Thanks in advance!

Alyson

Hi @ABraden,

Yes, there is a built-in report in HubSpot called "Marketing Email Sent Totals with Engagement Rates." You can find it by searching in the Reports section.

Hi @ABraden,

We cannot customize the default "Marketing Email Sent Totals with Engagement Rates" report in HubSpot. However, we can achieve this by creating a custom report in HubSpot. Follow these steps:

Select Data Source: Choose Contact, Marketing Email, and Marketing Email Analytics.
Choose Chart Type: Select Table as the chart type.

Add Columns:

  • Email Name
  • Marketing Email Sent
  • Marketing Email Open Rate
  • Marketing Email Click Rate
  • Marketing Email Click-Through Rate

Apply Filters: To filter emails based on keywords, use the Marketing Emails Email Name filter, set it to "contains any of," and click apply. Furthermore, you can adjust the Event timestamp to view the data in the specific timeline.

Thank you

Thank you! This is very helpful, I also want to customize these dashboards to input specific content. Is there a way to filter the inputs based on keywords?
