Manual survey entries on behalf of customer

Hi, just checking if anyone has found a workaround to manually complete a customer feedback survey on behalf of a customer? When customers don’t complete the survey themselves, we often follow up by phone and get a much better response rate. I’d like to capture this data in Hubspot to maintain consistency.

Hi @AHoger,

The easiest option would be to create a survey with the delivery method "Shareable link" (clone from an existing one, if needed) and opening the link in a private / incognito tab to submit it yourself. After submission, close the private tab / windows, and repeat 🙂
