Manual fill in box quotes

Hi, we have created standerd quotes but want to add a fill in box for our agents to manually fill in their own text for a certain specific product, since it can be different in most of the time. Can I "insert" or "personalize" that piece of text in a way so that there is room to add text on that specific place when they use this quote template?
