Manage HubSpot Forms

Hey there,

 

I'm facing a challenge managing my HS forms. We have over 80 different forms, and managing their notifications is proving to be tricky. I find myself having to check each one individually.

 

I'm considering building an app to pull the main criteria I want to see, such as:

 

  • Whether a contact has been created
  • Who receives a notification
  • Whether a contact is marked as a marketing one

 

I'm eager to understand how you handle this situation. Do you think having a solution would be beneficial, especially when dealing with hundreds of forms?

@PamCotton did not use any workflows yet, still wondering to have something more easy to use, that's why was thinking about an app/etc
