Make hubspot chat mobile open mode the same in desktop? (desktop and mobile)

Does anyone know how can I make the hubspot chat open in full page in desktop view same in mobile? Thanks!

Hi @JLanda7 ,

To make the HubSpot chat widget open in full-page mode on the desktop,  you can do this,

1. Go to Settings > Inbox & Help Desk > Inboxes, and edit your chat channel.

2. Next, in the configure tab, set the desktop display behavior to pop open the welcome message. Also make sure that you only show the chat launcher, or welcome message then open chat on a trigger.

3. Set triggers like exit intent, time on page, or page scroll percentage.

4. This can work too - using the URL parameter #hs-chat-open to auto-open the chat widget when the page loads.
