Make a deal to entire list

Hi,

I'm new to HubSpot and I'm really excited about all that it offers!

Currently, I'm setting up HubSpot for a local NGO that has yearly subscriptions for its members. I have a list of all members, but I don't know how to make a deal for their annual subscription fee to the entire list. Or do I have to make it for every single member separately?

Is there any other possibility I haven't considered yet?

Hi @cleopas,

If you are using a Pro account, you can create a deal based on a workflow. In this case, you would have a property that would identify the appropriate members and that property would be your enrollment criteria. Here's an article on that.

If you aren't on a Pro or Enterprise account, you could add several deals in bulk via a csv upload and associate them with the appropriate contact. Here's an article on importing objects with associations.
