Mails not opened

When I send an e-mail marketing campaign in the statistics I can easily identify and create a list of the ones that opened the e-mail, but how can I create a list or identify the ones that didn´t open it?

Hi @lorenabracho the easiest way to do this is to create a three lists:

1 - all sent/delivered contacts from the email

2 - all "opened"

3 - include everyone from the first list and exclude everyone from the second list:

Unfortunately there isn't a filter for "didn't open" - I suggest adding an idea here for the Product Team to consider. If you'll share the link back, I'd be happy to upvote.

In general, open rate is somewhat unreliable with all of the changes made by email providers like Apple, Outlook, and Google (using bots to pre-read emails, not loading images, etc.)

A more reliable list would be based on interactions like clicks vs no-clicks.
