MRR of Fixed number of paymenrs

Hi!

I have a subscription-based service where clients pay us monthly. If a client cancels their subscription after 3 months, and I change the billing terms from "renewed until canceled" to a fixed term of 3 payments, I expect the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to become zero after cancellation.

However, this doesn't seem to be the case in HubSpot.

How should I handle MRR calculation in HubSpot when there is churn in a subscription model?

This is a great question!

I would like to share a helpful guide that explains how to use MRR, in case it helps clarify things for you on this topic.

I'd also like to invite some of our top experts to this discussion: Hi @Jnix284, @JuanGomez0818, @Lucila-Andimol - do you have any suggestions or best practices for @TPesach3 ?

Thanks for your contributions!
