I am looking for how to make our portfolio a file we can link to a QR code that requests email and name submission to access. We would ideally like to have this on our business cards for tradeshows.

Hi @DFineout,

You would first create a landing page with HubSpot form: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/create-forms

Once that page is created and live, you can paste the landing page URL into a QR code generator.

This generator gives you a file which you can then print on your business cards.
