Logging Customer Meetings

Hi everyone,

Hoping to get some guidance on this!

Our customers book meetings with Onboarding via Hubspot meeting scheduler which creates a Scheduled meeting on the Deal. In our current flow we need to log the meeting after it is held and add meeting notes to it. However this ends up burying the meeting notes in Meetings tab and Activity feed as the Deal matures, making it harder to know what has been done for the deal in the past.

Any ideas on how to improve our meeting logging so that the valuable notes are not lost?

You can consider adding the meeting notes directly to the Deal record. This way, all relevant information about the meeting will be easily visible within the Deal record itself, providing a clear history of interactions and progress. By logging meeting notes directly on the Deal, you can maintain a comprehensive overview of the Deal's journey without having to navigate through multiple tabs or feeds.

This approach can streamline the process and improve visibility into the Deal's status and history.

Hi @Shubham_Sharma, thanks for your reply!

That's actually what we are doing already since meetings are created and logged against a Deal.

Would you have another suggestion on howto better surface the meeting notes from the Logged meeting notes to a more unified timeline?
