Log Communication History on Custom Objects

Hi,

I created a custom objects, that are linked to my deals and contacts.

The email activity from the contacts or deals doesn't log into the custom object activity.

Is there a way to do that?

I'm actually having a similar issue with a portal. I've submitted a ticket on this and waiting on a response. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
