Live chat not working

Hi, I have installed a plug in on my wordpress website for hubspot and gone through all the troubleshooting but the live chat isn't showing on my website.  Any thoughts?

Are you getting an error? Also, is it possible that your website takes a bit of time to load? Usually, the Hubspot tracking code gets added in the footer of the website. Therefore, the code for it will only execute when all the other code on the page has executed. So, if it's taking longer to load the page on its own, that might impact the chat.

I would suggest you create a very simple page on Wordpress that doesn't have any content, or just one sentence, no images though. And then see if the chat is showing up on that. If so, it's possible that when other elements are loaded on other pages, that slows the pages down and thus, doesn't allow the chat to show up.

If you share the link to the website, that might help to troubleshoot.
