I have not found much documenation about leveraging the new "Listings" Object. I have a few things I want to do and was looking for some guidence. Additionally if there is documenation out there (i searched and couldn't find anything specific) I'll take it!
1. I'd like to be able to automate an email blast using the properties within the Listing Object. For example, if I have a new home to list, I'd like to be able to send it to a "Buyers" list. Any thoughts on this?
2. I'd like to be able to push the data from the Listings Object (the properties) to a website "Listings" page where all my active listings show.
Obviously the intent is to make this as seemless as possible so there is no duplication of data entry. Any thoughts, advice, etc would be much appreciated.
I am currently working with the starter plan, so I know there are limitiations, but specific advice for the starter plan would be most helpful!
Agree that there isn't much documentation out there regarding the Listings object, though there are some universally applicable rules to objects in general that I'll use to try and answer your questions.
1. In order to include the Listings object in an email blast, you would need to use programmable emails, which entails coding custom email modules that would pull in the data from the Listings object. Unfortunately this is not available for the Starter plan and it seems like Listings might even need Marketing Enterprise (it's not specified for these new object types, so it would be worth double checking on this).
2. Displaying data from the Listings object on a HubSpot page might be possible on a Starter plan. This would require working with a developer to create custom modules / templates to pull in that data. An important note here is that the Dynamic Pages feature is not available on the Starter plan. If you wanted to create an actual listing experience where users can see all listings and then click to view the individual listing on a separate page, you would need Content Hub Pro.
