List Creation using "IT" as job title

How can I create a list of contacts having exactly IT in the job title? If I use Job Title contains any of  'IT' filter. I get a whole lot of contacts with digITal, and AudIT, in their job title. I want only contacts with titles containing exactly the 'IT' word in their job title.

Hey @rulpats 

In that case, you can create a contact property with the name Job Title (Information Technology) or (IT)

Below is an example I am sharing you can customize the property name as per your needs.

Navigate to data management in the left sidebar of your HubSpot account and click properties under contact properties click create property 

Once done add specific contacts under that property who meet the criteria 

After adding contacts to a property name : (ex IT) It will start showing under the contact properties while creating a list simply search IT under contacts properties and segment your contacts based on the specific Job role
