A few weeks ago I had a demo and one of our requests was understanding the ability of Hubspot to have a data room on the platform. On the demo, the person we spoke to showed a place to store files under the ‘Library’ item on the navigation menu on the left. I do not see this on my Hubspot interface now.
I spoke to multiple salesd agents. One suggested to go under marketing > files and templates, but this is still not available on my interface. Another sales agent said to go to content > files, but this is also not available on my interface. The final agent I spoke to said 'Checking your account, I can't find the Library tool'. What should I do to access the Library tool given that it is a feature that should be available under all subscriptions?
Not sure why this was removed from the navigation for some users, but you should still be able to access files here:
https://app.hubspot.com/files/yourHubID/
Replace the "yourHubID" at the end with your portal ID. (You can find your portal ID by looking at the address bar of any other page you open in HubSpot.)

Having this exact issue. With the new navigation UI/structure, I do not have "Library," or "Marketing > Files and Templates," or "Content > Files" available as selections.
So @karstenkoehler, am I understanding you correctly to say that HubSpot is AWARE of there being virtually no way for (some?) users to access their/our file managers... and are perfectly content to provide us with ZERO solutions or ways to remdedy???
