Hii team, I still have more questions about the Lead Object. I submitted previously posts for missing features on Lead Reporting and Lead Status not connected to Company Activities, but last time I was able to automate it with a work around.
Now I'm trying to connect Lead Objects to Contacts. Our Field Team is working with Leads Created by a Company Object and we can't find an easy way to Create Contacts from the Sales Workspace. The agent needs to open the Company record, create the Contact, Connect it to this Company, then go back to the Lead and add the Contact to the Lead (when its already existing under the Company).
I tried to automate association from the Company to the Lead, but I don't see Lead association option in the workflows. Did anyone find a way how to automate it for the agents to not add the Contact in 3 different places? Thanks!
The easiest way is to start the creation from the contact and not the company, that way both contact and primary company get associated either automatically or via workflow, depending which option you chose.

Thank you, that is true, but we were hoping to use Lead Object for our SDR team, since we are working on Company Objects as Leads and the team is finding the Contact only after reaching to the Company. Was wondering if there is any way to automate it for them.
