Hey @AChapin are you storing these sources anywhere? When you say paid leads, do you mean leads who came from ads or paid social? If so, you could use the "original source" properties within HubSpot to report on the sources of each contact in your portal.
There's also a default report template called Contacts created by interaction source with traffic source breakdown"
which might be a good jumping off point to start building the report you need!
