We are trying to find a way to flag priority contacts based on triggers. Ideally, if a contact responded to a one to one email, it would flag the contact so when someone sees the record it would stand out as being a priority contact due to their action. I tried to see if we could create a workflow that pinned a note to the top of the record based on a trigger, but that wasnt possible. It sounds like I am looking for something like a Deal Tag, but it looks like that is only possible with Deals.
The best solutions I have found are using workflows to update a property based on an action, a trigger creating a task, sending a notification to a user when an action occurs or adding them to a list.
It doesnt sound like HS allows for color coding contacts. Are there any integrations that could help with this? I found supered, but not sure it is the right solution.
2) Yes, workflows can be triggered by one-to-one emails. To do this, you would click into the enrollment criteria of a workflow, add a filter, then change the dropdown from whatever object it current refers to to activites. Under activities you can specify activity type to filter for one-to-one emails, activity date (e.g. less than 1 day ago) etc.
Best regards!

A simpler and easier option would be settling on an eye-popping emoji, creating a custom property that either has the emoji in its name or as a drop-down option and placing it in the left record sidebar.
Hope this helps!

1)- In regard to the development tools, would we be able to create visual highlights on the contact record through the UI extension? I am not a developer, so I wasn't sure how that would be done.
2) I really like this easy option. DO you know if a workflow can be triggered by one to one emails?
