Integration with Email (outlook)

I understand that the HS Outlook Integration exists and generally speaking works. However my Sales team has a broad set and ever changing communication channels that is not Sales or CRM related and still outside our company domain.

What other possibilities exist to integrate a selective email thread with HS without allowing HS to take all the traffic except the exclusion list. How about a "listener" email that feedback HS and can be put on BCC?

This exists as a BCC address, you can learn more about it here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address

Make sure that the mentioned requirements are met, if not, the BCC address will appear as if it's not working.
