Insight from the Prospects Section "Unknown keywords (SSL)"

Hi Guys...

Can you tell me if I can get any further insight from the Propects left-hand slide-out section called: "Unknown keywords (SSL)" ....I'm interested in finding our what search terms surfers used in order to find us...

Hi @Saul-UK,

When you see "Unknown keywords (SSL)", this means two things:

1. The visitor appeared after searching something (we know due to the referring site)
2. We never received the information about what was searched (i.e. this information wasn't passed with the link click)

Thus, we won't be able to drill much further than this. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with here.
