We have been trying to figure out how the integration with Outlook works with getting contact details synced/imported into HubSpot from the Outlook emails. It's my understanding that when you click "+ Add to HubSpot" from the Outlook Sales Tools plugin it should scan the email and grab contact information from the signature within the email. I did see that it will only do this from the initial reply or email but it doesn't appear to be catching any of the information other than name and email address. I have tried this with different contacts and emails. Is there a process that I'm missing? We would like it to grab the person's title and personal phone # from their email signature. Thank you!
is the "Fill contact details from emails with HubSpot AI" box checked? If not I would check that and it should grab from details from signatures and more.
