I need help with support

I am turning to this forum to try and get support after purchasing the starter pack my users admin was revoked and now I have view only and cant get a hold of support

because we dont have access to your HubSPot account information here (most of us are partners or users, not HubSpot team members).

With your paid subscription, HubSpot's Technical Support is your best point of contact. With a Starter plan, you can contact Support via email and/or chat.
For information, here are the Support Hours and Observed Holidays. Sometimes, due to higher volume of Support chats and/or emails, there may be a slight delay in the reply, sorry about this if it is the case.

I see in our internal tools that you created a ticket and the Support Team got back to you.

This is how you can view your Support Inox to check for replies from the Support Team.
