With the gmail user I receive the reset email, no problem.
But with the company email user I never receive this reset email (also not present in the spam folder). And yes, I received all the other usual emails.
Hey @AMartinez536 this may be down to your notification settings or the settings within your company's mail server and it's allow list. HubSpot have a guide that covers everything to check available here.

Our IT provider for the email service already solved the issue. This was their answer:
"The Emails were under quareantine protection. I have released the Emails and added the sender address to the allowlist to stop them being blocked again. You should receive the Emails right now., please check it and let us know of any issue."
