I can't use ticket properties in the Form Editor

SOLVE

Hi,

When I create a form, I can only use the Ticket properties if the type of form I’m building is "Legacy Form Editor."

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to use properties other than those for Contacts and Companies in the Form Editor?
Is there any possible workaround?
Thank you.

Hi @ACreti,

This is unfortunately not possible at this stage, correct. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/New-form-editor-connected-to-tickets/idi-p/1112854

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I'd recommend commenting and upvoting.

You can also help other HubSpot users find this request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I'd appreciate it, too.

Generally, I would be surprised if the HubSpot product team did not have this on their radar yet. The workwaround would currently be to use the legacy form editor. Alternatively, you could store information in contact fields, then use a workflow to create a ticket record based on those contact field values.

Have a great day!
