How should we manage our properties across objects to improve data integrity? Would it make sense to set up custom properties that would essentially duplicate the HubSpot properties for data consistency?
For example, here are some of the issues we're running into:

I recommend editing any existing default properties (created by HubSpot) to match your specific use case vs. creating duplicate properties. If there is information you need to store on your records that doesn't fit into these basic standard properties, I would then create a custom property. thanks so much, didn't realize that we could change the field type as long as it was empty.
