HubSpot requires you to enroll this device to access message links

Hello, recently we met with a partner rep who provided a set of links to us on certificates and additional resources, However when we try to access them, we get a minecast error which we do not use minecast internally as we use Office365. 
Error as follows:

HubSpot requires you to enroll this device to access message links
Your IT department has enabled Targeted Threat Protection for all users. This is a service that protects you from email attacks and provides live security training.

Enter your email address and we'll send you an authentication code to verify your identity.

IF we try to use our email, we get an error with any email address. 
Any ideas how to resolve this?

Hi @CORourke6,

I see two options here:

1. The partner reps makes available the resources via other means (sending them directly as email attachments to you, for example)
2. You work with your IT department to allowlist HubSpot resources

The second probably makes most sense: excluding HubSpot from the targeted threat protection.

We do not have targeted protect as we do not have Minecast so we do not have any ability to exclude it.

@CORourke6 have you checked with your partner rep and asked them to reshare the resources, asking them to make sure to use the raw links? Maybe they copied a link that included the threat protection.
