HubSpot Multiple Queries

Hello, 

 

I work in India real estate company and we are in process of onboarding HubSpot. Not sure considering India real estate we should onboard it or not. Would be great if you can let me know thoughts on below queries. 

 

1. Our website is created in WordPress with domain www.xyz.com so is it possible to have landing pages in HubSpot with same domain xyz.com/landingpage

 

Let me know if this is feasible. 

 

2. For calling we are thinking to leverage Ozonetel calling provider for the sales team. Can anyone please let me know how it functions the third party calling sevices with HubSpot? 

 

3. Our main source of lead acquisition is through Meta ads, many times lead re-enquires through the ads and then their lead status is back to New. Is this something possible in HubSpot. Also based on Ads interaction we want to enroll those leads to specific workflows. Let me know if this is feasible in HubSpot. 

 

4. Since we are integrating Ozonetel calling provider so is calling reports created in HubSpot? 

 

5. Based on the lead enquiry for specific projects we want to assign the leads on round robin basis, is that possible in HubSpot? 

 

6. For WhatsApp we are integrating it with Kaleyra, does the contact timeline shows WhatsApp activity? 

 

Would be great if this can be doable in HubSpot?

Hi @ajinkyamurtey happy to offer some insights for your questions, hopefully others can join in to help with those I'm not able to help with.

 

1. No, if your website is hosted in WordPress with your primary domain, you would need to use a subdomain for landing pages in HubSpot (for example: info.xyz.com and your LPs would be info.xyz.com/your-landing-page)

 

The root domain (with subdomain www.)  can only be hosted with one provider due to how CNAME records work with the DNS.

 

2. I didn't find an integration for Ozonetel in the HubSpot App Directory, you would need to check with Ozonetel to see if they have an API that can be used for integrations or if there is one available through another connector (like Zapier).

 

3. Yes, you can connect your Meta Ad information to HubSpot and leverage workflows to automate follow up and lead status changes.

 

4. the reports would depend on how the integration works, if you are able to find one or create a custom one

 

5. Yes, you can create round robin functionality in HubSpot via workflows. There are also integrations to help with automating round robin - Routera is a pretty good one from previous experience.

 

6. You can learn more about the Kaleyra integration for HubSpot here. The data flow looks to be one-directional, so you'd need to reach out to see if it's possible to see timeline activity for WhatsApp (there is a direct integration with WhatsApp Business available)

 

I've worked with many US-based real estate companies to leverage HubSpot, it's certainly feasible depending on how you can align your tech stack and processes with the tools/integration capabilities.
