HubSpot Email Receipt from Stripe Integration Transaction (Problem)
After a successful payment is made with the HubSpot - Stripe Integration, HubSpot sends an payment receipt to the user.
Our company's branded logo in the receipt does not render correctly here:
As seen in the purple & black rectangle above that is supposed to be our logo. - The logo renders correctly in every other instance within hubspot and mail. - I can't find anywhere to edit or disable this automated receipt email from HubSpot. - I also tried changing the logo size and format (png, svg) and none of it worked.
Please let me know how I can fix this as it is a critical bug for us to accept payments.
