I'm curious the use the sites that a company visited which is set under Buyer Intent and visible under Company > Intelligence > Visitor Data.
I need to use the pages a company visited in a property so that I can make custom actions based on that. Can I do that how?
PS: The big difference on page views under activities are that the Visitor Data also shows pages visited by companies without knowing the user, i.e via the tool previously known as Breeze.
HubSpot’s Visitor Data under Buyer Intent shows which pages a company has visited, even when the visitor is not identified. However, HubSpot does not provide a native way to store these visited pages in a company property or use the exact URLs directly in workflows.
By default, this data is view-only.
Can you use it in a property for automation?
Not natively — but yes, it is possible with custom code.
If you have Operations Hub Pro or higher, you can use a custom coded workflow action to:
Pull the company’s Visitor Data through the HubSpot API
Extract the pages they visited
Save those URLs into a custom company property
Use that property in workflows or custom actions
So while HubSpot doesn’t automate this on its own, you can achieve it with a small API integration or custom code inside a workflow.
Hey @bakisik - thanks for posting in the Community!
I'd like to tag in some Community experts to see if there's a way in which we can migrate the pages a company visited into a property. @karstenkoehler, @Phil_Vallender, and @franksteiner79 - any idea if this is possible?
