How to overcome difficulties e.g target audience with poor tech skills

How can you create engaging content for a target audience who may don't even have email addresses? 

I work for the immigrant community in thee U.S. most of them come from disadvantaged backfrounds and it's difficult to educate them about the newest technologies and how to use them .

Hello! Thanks for inviting me to the conversation. I would recommend leveraging social media platforms like TikTok, and use that to drive traffic to your website. Create a series of short  videos in language, and ask people to go to your website for more information. If you are able, you should ask them where they find their information and entertainment online, and be sure to post content there.
