How to modify this view

I am looking for how to modify that view most of the information that appears there is not useful to me and I would like to customize it for better effectiveness.

Hi @FedericoUribe,

This is the "About this contact" section that also appears in contact records. You can adjust what is displayed in this section by customzing it in the record customization settings: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-records

Once adjusted, it should not only reflect on contact records but also in the right sidebar of your conversations inbox.

Maybe I don't explain myself correctly, I want to change all the cards that appear there, the part of companies, other tickets, subscriptions, payments, payment links, they do not apply to my business, I want to remove them and from the cards that remain select which fields are going to be seen, I already changed the view in the part that you tell me and they have no relationship with that particular viewAs you can see, this view is already modified and in use everywhere in the CRM except in that windowI want to make it so that in the Inbox section > inbox > the window on the right is the same as this one
