How to maximize HubSpot Platform

We are a sporting event management firm and we are using HubSpot to capture and coer our clients that partiicpate in our tournaments and camps.  

Any recommendations on how to gain and capture clients information?

Hi @PQSports 

There are many possible ways to do that:

1. If there are a large number of participants you should capture the details of each participant on Google sheet and directly import them to HubSpot.

2.  You can create a HubSpot Form. Customize the form as per your requirements. Fill out the details. The required data will be stored in the HubSpot.
