A company name field does not mean that the contact is automatically associated with a company record. When you navigate to a contact record, do you see an associated company in the right sidebar?
@TLi1 When you log your meeting, you should see this:
This will associate the meeting to the desired objects (contact, company, deal, etc.).
Also, in your HubSpot settings, if you have the setting turned on (in Company) to auto-create and associate Company to Contact, any meeting form submission that includes a professional email will create and associate the company to the contact, and scheduled meetings should associate to the company object.
Hope that helps!

I see that the domain is connected (e.g. if someone books a meeting with an email "tommy@egs.com" - egs is registrered as a primary company.) However, I have added a "Company Name" field in the meetings form that I want as the primary - not the domain itself.
Looks like this can be solved by scrolling down to "lead registration" and clicking o.k. - but this is a manual effort. I would like whatever information entered in the meetings form to be automatically added in Hubspot.
