How to improve content with Google search console

How to improve content with keywords found in the queries section in the Google search console, how to use them in my posts, Do I need a separate post for every keyword or insert them in old posts, and also if I'll write them in old posts, Is it necessary to add the in subheadings H2 or H3 or add them in paragraph text only?
All these questions need answers. Thanks
