How to get CTA or chatflow to only appear once

SOLVE

I need to inform logged in users about our new terms and conditions. I built out two methods - a chatflow and a CTA banner. The CTA is the preferred method but it wouldn't hurt to learn how to achive it with the chatflow as well.

Chatflow: How do I get the chatflow to appear only one time for each logged in user? Ideally, I want the terms and conditions chatflow to pop up after a user logs on, the user reads and closes it, then the standard chatflow (live chat) is triggered to appear. The terms and conditions chatflow need not appear in subsequent sessions. I tried setting sessions = 1, but when I logged in again, the T&C chatflow re-appeared.

CTA: Similar to chatflow. I only want it to trigger once upon a user's login. After that log in, it need not trigger again in subsequent sessions. How can I do that?

@SOgunleye this is an interesting challenge, I'm not sure it's possible with chatflows - there aren't workflow triggers based on chatflow interacations that could create a workaround

The easier option would be to use the CTA and set it not to show again directly from the CTA settings (at the bottom of Targeting):
