How to find all contacts when i have an CSV list of companies?

SOLVE

Hello,

I connect Hubspot to Crossbeam for partner work and found a large list of overlapping companies. So now I want to set up an email to announce to those contacts that we have an integration that they might find useful.  However, I cannot figure out how to filter a list of contacts only associated with those 100+ companies.

When I try to import the list of companies from the Crossbeam CSV it doesn't automatically associate with existing companies. Also, I cannot merge duplicate companie records because of my Salesforce Integration.

Any pointers would be a big help!

@JBorgeson if you want HubSpot to auto-create and auto-associate Company objects to the Contacts who have that business email, the setting is here: Settings > Objects > Companies then choose "Create and associate companies with conacts."

As for duplicate companies - remember that HubSpot bases the Company object on their website (Company domain name). So as long as the website is consistent, you'll update the record rather than creating a new one/duplicate.

Hope that helps!
