I am creating a form with items with prices and I want the user to be able to select what they want and be able to have us invoice them without having to submit bank information (because we're not accepting credit card payments). Is there a way to submit a form without paying and get an invoice instead?
Just to clarify, are you sending a list of all your items on the form, or is it a selected group of items that are unique to the customer you're sending it to?
An easy work around could be setting up an online store in which the only payment option is via invoice. This is possible entirley within HubSpot.
Sounds great! If the form contains a specific bundle of items unique to each customer, it could get a bit tricky. However, since the list includes all of your items, the easiest solution would be to display them online and direct customers to your store where they can add desired items and checkout on invoice. I work for a HubSpot solutions agency specialising in commerce, we’d be happy to help on this front and discuss what the best solution might look like for your operation.
