Then, at that point, you can have a work process that ganders at that Ticket pipeline and basically duplicates all data from the peaked ticket over to a Deal. This is a current limit of the discussion inbox settings where it just permits you to make a ticket, so this workaround will permit you to them make a Deal from the Ticket.
